The NASCAR Week That Was: April 25-May 1

Dale Earnhardt Jr. and the famous #3 car led the news this week as DEI, RCR and JR Motorsports announced a one race deal to revive the famous car. Earnhardt Jr. will drive the nostalgic #3 Wrangler Chevrolet at Daytona in honor of his late father. In other news, Clint Bower told reporters this week that he would run more races in RCR’s #21 Nationwide car. The team removed John Wes Townley from the car three races ago. And finally long-time team owner James Finch announced this week that would be selling his race team. Finch has struggled this season after unexpectedly losing sponsor Miccosukee. This is the NASCAR week that was April 25 to May 1, 2010.
