The NASCAR Week That Was: March 28-April 3

The Cup cars were off this week, but the Nationwide and Trucks mixed it up in Nashville. On Friday Kevin Harvick looked to go three-for-three in the Truck Series at Martinsville, but was bested through the closing laps by another Cup regular, Kyle Busch. Busch’s win was his first as a team owner. Harvick wasn’t able to close the deal on Friday, but did so Saturday thanks to a late race pit call. Harvick’s win though was overshadowed by another on-track payback incident. After incidental contact early in the race between Jason Leffler and James Buescher, Leffler returned to the track and ended Buescher’s day. Leffler was parked by NASCAR. This is the NASCAR week that was March 28 to April 3, 2010.
