@Licker: Well, aside from celebrating Tommy Lee's and The Rev. Al Sharpton's birthdays AND Germany Unification Day, I'm not really sure. Can I handle a late model race on top of all that excitement?

Thanks Cathi. I was going by what I thought I heard them say on TV.

@Ross: ASA Late Models got a date there too. What are you doing on October 3 next year?

10. From Ross:

Looking at the top of this page and seeing the North Wilkesboro sign, how psyched am I that they're dusting off the cobwebs for a USAR Pro Cup race there next year?

About damaged cars finishing in the top 5 and having to make inspection, what happens in a situation like Bristol many years ago when he won the race and got wrecked by Earnhardt basically destroying the front of the car? Do they just template the parts that were not damaged?

about Justin's black flag penalty on Saturday at TMS, I was listening to him on the radio all day and believe that it was actually for a cowel flap that wasn't saying down like is should. He came into the pits and the put a ton of tape on it to keep it in place. I don't recall anything being said that he was too slow. I know that he drove thru pit road once without stopping to stay out of the way of the leaders but don't think it was a true black flag.
