While watching the tire test segment last night from Daytona, I thought of this question.

What happens if the tire fails (through no fault of the driver) and the car gets damaged, who pays for it? Goodyear or the team?

I love your column and will miss it in the off season.

I really do enjoy your site. However, at this point it is my understanding that AJ has just been charged with DUI, not found guilty. A court of law, thankfully, still trumps the infamous court of public opinion. My attorney friends tell me that you should never agree to a roadside breathalyzer test as they are not as reliable as office equipment. I’m not trying to in any way excuse AJ for doing something he should not have – only saying it has yet to be settled whether he did break the law.

Haha, great observation Ed! Actually though, all of our posts go up the night before. How late they go up just depends on what myself or Journo has going on that day. Sometimes they go up earlier (like last night). And no, Ask The Insiders #66 won’t go up on Friday, but it might only be up in the morning, then suddenly disappear from the site about 30 minutes later.

Does everything with a #48 on it finish first? “Ask the Insiders Wednesday #48 comes in a full day early being posted on Tuesday. Will “Ask the Insiders #66″ post on Friday?
