You should clarify that the fine and probation until 12-31-10 was from Richard Petty. NASCAR placed him on probation until the end of 2009. A.J. & Petty both issued statements regarding this incident. Michael Waltrip has issued no statement, not placed on probation by NASCAR even though this is the second time in less than two years that Waltrip has run afoul of the law.
