The lugnut on the 48 fell off and it bounced up and lodged behind the wheel. When the new tire was put on, they couldn&#039;t put it on straight. I think Chad Knaus explained this on &quot;This Week In NASCAR&quot; last week.

Have you seen this before, T.C.? When something like this happens, can the tire changer call for the stop to be extended so it can be corrected immediately instead of bringing the car back?
