The NASCAR Week That Was: Aug. 16-22

Another week into the season and just a few more until the Chase begins, more dominos look to be falling. According to multiple sources Friday Brad Keselowski could replace David Stremme at Penske Racing next season. Keselowski, in the final year of his contract at JR Motorsports, has been the biggest free agent since Martin Truex Jr. signed with Michael Waltrip Racing earlier this season. And finally fuel injection in NASCAR? It could happen according to some within NASCAR. While the sport appears to be looking into it, sources say the sanctioning body won’t move to fuel injection in time for 2010. This is the NASCAR week that was August 16 to 22, 2009.

oh no, did you miss the story of JM’s dear Stepmommydearest getting arrested?

There is a great pic of her with this story. She looks like an upstanding citizen worthy of honest testimony in court….NOT.

link to story, and great picture of her.

Garry- That happened last Saturday. Not within the week (at least within the 16th to the 22nd). And I posted one Mayfield story this week. More than enough in my opinion.
