The NASCAR Week That Was: March 8-14

After four races we are on our first off week of the season and the news out of the sport reflects that. Start and park became the phrase of the week as NASCAR VP of Competition Robin Pemberton said they would begin scrutinizing teams that take part in the practice. Since then everyone has weighed in on the issue (don’t worry we will tomorrow), including NASCAR President Mike Helton and VP Jim Hunter. This is the NASCAR week that was March 8 to 14, 2009.
