The NASCAR Week That Was: September 7-13

NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion Ron Hornaday led the news this week after ESPN revealed he had, for a period, used testosterone prescribed by a center linked to scandals in other major league sports. NASCAR officials said no penalties or sanctions will be assessed. In other news, UPS signed with David Ragan and the #6 Roush Fenway Racing team for 2009, putting to rest months of speculation about where they would end up. And finally the Nationwide Series COT made its much anticipated debut at a test in Richmond on Monday. This is the NASCAR week that was, September 7 to 13, 2008.
