When it comes to NASCAR rumors I think most fans turn to Jayski and a lot of other NASCAR websites and blogs.  But I’ve got to tell you, the worst place for rumors running rampant, is inside the race shop.

Not to put the world famous Jayski or any other sites down, because Jayski is probably the top site on the internet for NASCAR information.  But he doesn’t post a quarter of the rumors that fly around.  And to be honest, it’s probably better that way.  If he did post all the rumors, he’d probably never sleep because of the constant updates. 

When it comes to driver and sponsor announcements, most crew guys hear the news around the same time the fans do.  No team big wigs ever let anybody in the shop know what’s going on, because if they did, it would spread like wildfire.

And even when any little bit of information does sneak out, that is exactly what happens.  It spreads like a bad rash.  The funny thing is too, its kind of like that game telephone.  The first person hears it one way, and by the time the last guy hears it, its completely blown out of proportion.

On this site from time to time, both Journo and myself will try and post some inside info if we think it is somewhat valid.  We both hear a lot of rumors and we know fans love that stuff.  Journo has already done this, in his post Ganassi ‘Target’ed.

Also, we know the site is still very new and we get new visitors everyday, but feel free to comment on any of the posts and ask Journo and me any questions.  We welcome any feedback!
